Billy is probably William ‘Billy’ Rassel - JD’s nephew and son of his elder sister Debbie. Billy is one of the people JD filed against in 2017 for taking unauthorised loans out on his money. Also of note is the fact that Billy was going through a divorce from his wife Heather at this time. Heather developed a penchant for talking to the press about insider family business in this period but seems to have been shut down fairly quickly.
