Woodrow Wilson was the 28th U.S. president and served from 1913 to 1921. He led America through World War I and advocated for democracy and world peace. He created "Wilson's Fourteen Points", a statement of principles for peace that was to be used for peace negotiations in order to end World War I. After the war, he helped negotiate a peace treaty that included a plan for the League of Nations. He received the Nobel Prize for his peacemaking efforts.
