Descripción:

Hanson is notoriously known for his work on “Patterns of Discovery.” The debate of science usually supposes that the information gathered through observation has a kind of impartiality that data acquired by faith or own revelation does not (observation). Hanson argues that we view and distinguish are not what our senses take in, but rather refined sensory information. He also explains that, “background theoretical assumptions always influence the results of observation” and that the theory-ladenness provides observational data poorly subjective (observation).
