This appears to have been a Zoom Interview that was maybe produced as a part of the media pack with the written questions that can be dubbed in by different journalists, even in different languages and edited in any order as required. Andrew Levitas appears to have been given the same treatment and the two could be edited together. One example is the Japan TV video which was broadcast on 13 September 2021.

The full version was released to YouTube on 23 September 2021 and had the special message that accompanied Minamata’s cinema release in Japan tagged on at the end.
