With the Axis powers pretty much reduced to nothing and teetering on surrender, the 3 heads of the Allied powers met as to how best finish everything off. This was foreshadowing for Russia imperialistic expansion after the war. This is also foreshadowing the tension between the US and USSR that would result in the Cold War.
