The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a document created, in the 10th of December in 1948, by the United Nation General Assembly for all people of any nation to have a common set of standards and achievements regardless of their race, religion or culture.

It's the first universally protected fundamental human rights that has been translated into over 500 languages.
