The London Agreement was a debt relief treaty between the Federal Republic of Germany and the creditors nation.
Total amount of debt that Germany owed was reduced and the payments should be stretched enough that economic growth of the country was not impacted.
It also allowed Germany to reenter capital markets and supranational institutions such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
