Only by establishing a "thoroughly socialized democracy" can the people of the United States escape the dictatorship and tyranny of communism and fascism, according to a statement issued yesterday by the Social Justice Commission of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, of which Dr. Sidney E. Goldstein is chairman.
