The B.Ch.A. [Byùchitgi Chaqafonevye a Aztantsachvye (International Confederation of Soccer)] was formed in Mauria in the city of Saugut. It was formed by members of the Yurok University, Saugut who all held their Stanach roots in underground Stanach bets. The group of 28 Maurian men convinced 12 nations in Yueroki to join. Those nations include Mauria, Norxhima, Siwapra, Mahipenta, Larif, Velzen Empire, Southern Oipienta, Nuomdeim, Arkoss, Grossya, Draconia, and Mireda.

The idea for the B.Ch.A. to hold a tournament to determine which country is best at Stanach was first presented by Pùlas Plach, a Maurian journalist. Plach joined the B.Ch.A. as their first journalist in early 1905 and presented his idea in July of 1906. Before the first tournament, none of the official teams associated with the B.Ch.A. actually played against each other.

The second (1912), third (1916), and fourth (1920) S.G.U.s were canceled due to the Fourth Hells War but the S.G.U was continued in 1924.
