Johnny sent Whitney a text either just prior to this or earlier that day:

JD: I love you, precious. I’ll let you know if I am here for a bit or at your pad (missing words)… Give sis and gals my love. Yours.

The reply from Whitney was simply a photograph.Whitney texted the photo of the painting with the altered signature to Johnny Depp.

There are two Tasya van Ree paintings which caused much confusion - this is the second of the two. At a time unspecified Johnny Depp changed the name to Tasya van Pee which the texts indicate both he and Whitney found amusing.

This text was used to help discredit the Incident 2 story of the painting from March 2013 which under went various versions during the course of the London Trial and immediately beforehand when Witness Statements were issued to change the narrative and fit new evidence as it emerged.
