Descripción:
Plessy V Ferguson was a Supreme Court case in which Plessy and Ferguson challenged segregation legislations. Plessy refused to to move from a “whites only” railcar and was brought to the Supreme Court. He argued that it interfered with the 13 and 14th amendments. The final Supreme Court decision was that racial segregation did not violate the 14th amendment because they were “seperate but equal”.
