N.B. Photographs of The Doohan House are included under Johnny Depp filming in Australia entry. Only the evidence presented in court is entered here - and ‘a handle’ vodka bottle for illustration purposes. The Bar Photograph [ref A1821 was entered into UK evidence as an Appendix to Ben King’s 2nd Witness Statement. All other photographs were entered into evidence late during the course of the Virginia Trial after Elaine Bredehoft asked the question and suddenly discovered that Ben King had many more photos of the Doohan House. In the rush, Team Heard appear to have obtained anything remotely Australian, with wine or drugs and as a result some photos are not of Australia but were most likely from Ben King’s earlier contract with Johnny Depp in London 2014 and have been placed there accordingly. Other photos are more holiday snaps - views from the house, of a kangaroo or the sunset - and they have been placed to show the Doohan House in it’s totality elsewhere. The irony is, non of these photographs actually support Amber Heard’s version of events

JOHNNY DEPP
This is the version for events that fits the evidence, is supported by medical records, has never changed no matter how many times Johnny Depp has had to relate it and is following the US Virginia Court Verdict it accepted as the truth.

Johnny Depp described a scenario where he simply wished to escape Amber Heard’s tirade that had been ongoing throughout the week and he moved from room to room and bathroom to bathroom to avoid her. Eventually he ended up on the lower floor in the games room which was served by a small corner bar. There he poured himself a vodka or two and was quite possibly rolled a cigarette. Amber Heard found him there and initially threw numerous cans (seen in photographs taken of the aftermath) followed by first one ordinary sized bottle (she admits to this) and then a heavier ‘handle’ of vodka bottle which smashed on the marble counter and cut the tip from Johnny Depp’s finger. One of the missiles broke a window. At this point Amber Heard may also have stubbed out the cigarette on Johnny’s cheek.

In confusion and pain Johnny Depp appears to have fled to the master bedroom and the connecting bathroom where he daubed messages in his own blood and when that dried up or became too painful he used black paint which he also used on a lampshade and some canvases set up for artwork. Photographs suggest he also tried to play his guitar at one point.

Eventually Johnny Depp notified his head of security Jerry Judge - stated to be less than an hour from when the injury occurred. Being a Sunday Jerry Judge had a day off and was some was some distance away so Malcolm Connolly mobilised an emergency operation to reach and extract Johnny Depp from the scene, texting every few minutes to reassure Johnny that help was on the way. Johnny also sent a text to Dr Kipper at this time.
