This update introduced emerald portals, portals which anyone could make anywhere. There was already one constructed by Mr. Sieben himself that went to newgenspawn and another that went to the end dimension due to a glitch in the dragon's behavior that permanently closed the end portal.
The portals were fairly expensive at 10 emerald blocks and 2 diamond blocks per portal, totaling 20 and 4 for a working setup, so only a few have been made. Notably: 1 to the community XP farm, and 1 to near the wizards base (During the war).
