After the fall of Harelpenta, the region that did not revolt against the main government was reformed by the Fayvjen Treaty after the Rẽnvar Revolution. The Republic of Harelstal was reformed into the Vrariš Diarchy, a republic ruled by two elected representatives by the two main regions.
