Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were staying in a hotel in Vancouver whilst Johnny completed the final scenes for Pirates of the Caribbean 5 with Sir Paul.
Time unknown: Johnny Depp texted his body guard to request Amber Heard be removed from his room:
"please get her out of this room NOW!!!. She has struck me about ten times, can't take any more".
The later response:
'Amber gone through, no problems!
Are you OK?
Do you need anything mate?
Anything I can do?'
This suggests Amber Heard was placed on a flight back to LA.
This was not one of the 14 incidents presented to the UK Court.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised, scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.
An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.
