At the time, Louis-Philipe was the ruler of France. He lied to the people by telling them he would be a constitutional monarch. After he ignored the complaints of citizens, they gathered and protested which resulted in him abandoning the throne. Also, although the people were trying to be heard, they did not hear the lower classes or try to help them in any way. The French Revolution resulted in Napoleon III crowning himself Emperor in 1852.Añadido al timeline:
