Descripción:
Established the ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission) to monitor the business operation of carriers transporting goods and people between states. Created to regulate railroad prices and keep them fair. Later also managed trucking. Later Elkins Act allowed the gov to punish companies charging rates other than those published.
