Meeting of Federalists near the end of the War of 1812 in which the party listed it's complaints against the DRs. Were upset that they couldn't end the war, but then the DRs did, so the Feds just ended up looking stupid. The Feds actions were largely viewed as traitorous to the country and lost the Federalists influence. DRs thought they might be discussing secession.
