In 1982 Drawmer came up with a dual noise gate, called the DS201 which was the first frequency conscious noise gate, the product came about after having failed to make a noise gate Drawmer went around and look at other noise gates before coming up with the DS201 which is still pretty much the same design as modern Noise gates by Drawmer.Añadido al timeline:
