The Bataan Death March was an event that followed the Americans defeat in the Philippines, and in the march, tens of thousands of American and Filipino Soldiers were forced to take on a grueling march that was about 66 miles as prisoners of war. The result of this march caused America as a public to have even more animosity towards Japan than ever before.
