On May 13, a player named DaBloodyResh wanted to make the first banner. A day later, he obtained a banner. On May 15, Golden_Wither requested for a loom to be placed on Monkey Island with his request being accepted. Creep_Assassin then hosted a banner competition on May 16 that would last until May 24. Golden_Wither's submission, being the only submission, won the competition and was bought gold rank by Creep_Assassin. The banner design became the official banner of queue.
