WIth the personal computer it became much easier to communicate with other people. Taking care of finances etc... The computer became an essential part of humans life, making it almost impossible to have a business without it. An example of it is the stock market, the volume of transactions would be impossible for human beings to coordinate. Businesses can communicate faster than a decade ago. Computerization has also changed (some) factory floors and the inventory-management practices of numerous companies.
