What began as a joke almost became an actual guild. As Vlad and Eli were farming The Lab (LH1), they became fixated on the word 'oil'. HailOIl would become a play on the word 'oil' and Vlad's current guild at the time 'HailSithis'. Vlad and Eli would eventually begin inviting random people into HailOil. As more and more members joined Vlad and Eli planned to leave the guild secretly in hopes that the guild would grow on its own.
