We've had a lot of feedback on the analytics dashboards over the last couple of months. One of the most frequently requested features was the capability to export the raw data behind the visualizations to help clients / internal teams take the conversations and the data offline.

We are excited to announce that from today, all data behind any of the visualizations can be exported in CSV format. Next to each chart will be a little ":" icon which will allow you to export the data behind it as shown below.
