We are releasing an onsite Alert banner where clients will be able to use as a messaging feature when they would like to share company-wide information or send instructions to their employees. It is going to be an optional feature that can be enabled by a toggle. The Alert banner is accessible to SmartHub administrators who can access it from their Account slide-out on the front-end.
