We have a limited opportunity to make the right impression and convince an employee in the value the product provides them with. Without a convincing onboarding step there’s little chance in creating a long term retention. This is why our “Employee Onboarding” tooltips play a vital role in welcoming and educating visitors of the value of the Discounts product in four simple steps. When an employee visits the Discounts home page the very first time or after a year of inactivity, they will see four tooltips that explain the core product features and retail offering that would help them make the most out of the product.
