We heard that clients want more flexibility over how award names show up in the emails employees receive when they’re recognized through AwardFilePlus and Scheduled Recognition. Some clients use the system to issue money for more than just recognition awards, and they might not want the word “award” to be mentioned in the notification email or the on-site alert. We’re removing or changing the system-generated words and phrases from the recipient notification emails and onsite alerts for AwardFilePlus and Scheduled Recognition that do not promote flexibility.
