Jeff O'Brien claims that Helfter was no call no show on a shift. Helfter in fact called several people at the plant to notify them that he wouldn't be able to make it back into work. He didn't have O'Brien's number at the time either. Helfter had never up to this point been a "no call, no show".Añadido al timeline:
