Descripción:
This mission would be arguably one of the most important space milestones in Canada's history. It is well known because of Hadfield's constant connections with people back on Earth. He created educational videos, sent tweets (often containing images of Earth), and even did a music video covering the David Bowie song "Space Oddity".
On board the ISS, Hadfield had to perform two EVA's to construct the Canadarm2. While on one of the spacewalks, a liquid substance got into Hadfield's eyes, obscuring his vision. Under extreme pressure, he was able to remain calm and resolve the problem. The method Hadfield used to deal with the issue is fascinating and can be applied to all aspects of life(see the TED Talk).
