The Great famine was a series of crop failures and bad weather that struck large parts of Europe. It greatly affected the people of Europe, causing starvation and many other things.
In the current world, people all around still go to bed hungry, that is, if they have a bed. Homeless people live off of cheap, unhealthy food, causing obesity and more. People should be more grateful of the food and resources that they have. We should also try to help these unfortunate people.
