The Legislative Yuan of Taiwan passed a provisional bill to request the Mainland Affairs Council and the Ministry of Justice to actively consult with the Hong Kong government on issues related to the rights and interests of Taiwanese when they visit to Hong Kong and the status of Taiwan's judicial sovereignty, and to express Taiwan's position to the Hong Kong government.
