A number of renowned academics and public figures in Hong Kong set up the "612 Humanitarian Relief Fund", which will provide humanitarian support such as medical services, psychological counselling or legal advice to those who were injured, arrested or likely to be arrested during the anti-fugitive offenders campaign.
