The Bohr Model was created in 1913 and showed that electrons were like planets and they spin around the nucleus in circular orbits. Bohr came up with this by using the quantum theory that said that energy is only transferred in certain qualities. This was different than what JJ Thompson and Rutherford said because they thought that electrons were randomly placed while the Bohr model said that they orbit like planets.
