(1805-1815): This was the time in which Napoleon served France as Emperor due to knowing exactly what he wanted, and greatly expanded territory and faced little defeats due to his military and political genius ideas. This effected France until his death, then the borders were put back to as normal as they were before Napoleon's reign to restore the balance of power.
