Descripción:
(1789): Louis XVI calls the Estates General for the first time in 100 years, and only two other times had it been called, he calls it because he needs money, he needs to tax somebody. The 3rd estate was outvoted by the 1st and 2nd every time and they wanted a change but did not get a fair change. So they met up at a Tennis Court Oath and swore to meet until there was a new constitution, they called themselves the National Assembly and were eventually recognized by Louis XVI.
