(1740-1748): A war between mainly Prussia and Austria but involving mainly all of Europe's powers at the time. Fought over the question if Maria Theresa should rule Austria and much of the Holy Roman Empire, being a woman, this was abnormal. Took place in the Holy Roman Empire, and Maria Theresa and Austria held strong, effecting Europe by proving that women should be equal to men.
