Women's Suffrage was when women did not have the right to vote. Most Women prefered to stay at home and take care of their children, giving the power to men to decide their actions. New Zealand was the first nation to allow women to vote in 1893, this lead onto a majority of women to protest and one activist Louie Cullen was arrested and endured imprisonment. In the end, women got the right to vote and to serve in parliment.
