1 ene 1919 año - Housing, Town Planning, &c. Act 1919

Descripción:

After The First War ended, there was a large demand for working-class houses all over Britain. This Act promised that government subsidies would help finance the construction of half a million houses in Britain. This never came to be, as the quickly dwindling economy caused the funding to be cut and only 213,000 houses actually built. Further acts made it the duty of local councils to make housing available as a social service.
