Juan M. "Scars" Montalvo, 25, and Miguel A. "Terco" Montalvo, 21, were being sought by police in Pasco in reference to the murder of Luis "Oso" Contreras, 29, who was killed April 29. Juan Montalvo was killed and the other was wounded.
