2. Present distinct membrane potential of somatic vs AIs membrane as function of membrane composition, as it relates to diploid potentials

3. present AP dynamics as function of membrane composition

4. measure tether force as function of membrane depolarization (depolarization generated by application of potassium in to bath solution of neurons).

5. Ask permission to defend "coupling of dipole potential with membrane mechanics and their modulations of neuronal excitability".
