City clerk proposes to build a parking lot under Huron Park, pointing out that there is a precedent for the use of the ground beneath the cemetery, there being a subway under one of the oldest burial grounds in Boston, on the common. The proposed parking lot would not be free but would be self-sustaining (WNK)
