March 30. Errett Scrivner writes to H.M.T. that the Department of the Interior suggested that any excavations should be done under the proper archaeological practices. He further reported that The National Park Service indicated that, if his bill was to be reported, the designation be changed to Wyandott National Memorial rather than that the cemetery being known as a National Monument.
