Asoka was the emperor of the Maurya Dynasty in India. Asoka was in search of conquest. Wall doing so he started a massive battle of the Kalinga War. After his conquest he looked over the battlefield at all the men who had lost their lives. Due to this he converted to buddhism and vaud to be a pacifist. He fought hard for buddhism in india and helped to spread buddha's beliefs and culture.
