The two councils stand from their seats on the opposite sides of the courtroom and the kings shake hands. They sign a treaty that has been written in both Elvish and Dwarvish during the process of the court which agrees on open borders for civilians, trade of resources, and an agreement to form a full translation between the two languages. All communication was done through telepathic translators.
