A commander in the Polish Royal Artillery and an expert in artillery and rocketry, Siemienowicz published a design for multistage rockets, crucial for rockets heading to outer space. As well, he proposed delta wing stabilizers to increase accuracy. Unfortunately, he died a year later, rumoured to be an assassination by members of guilds opposed to him exposing their secrets.
