Descripción:
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was evoked on August 15th of 2012, but it was created a couple months prior in June by former President Barack Obama. Obama created thus policy to call for deferred action for certain undocumented people young of age who arrived to the United States as children. To be eligible, the childhood arrivals had to be under the age of 31 but have arrived to the U.S under the age of 16. With DACA there were risks; if the applicant was not properly legally secured with an attorney or of they were in the U.S unlawfully, they could be placed in removal proceedings.
