An Overwatch facility in Oslo, Norway is attacked. Overwatch launches an investigation into it.Morrison speaks to the press. He states that it is too early to identify the perpetrators, but assures them that Overwatch will not rest until they are brought to justice.
He confirms that Overwatch has identified a number of suspects, but declines to provide further details.
Overwatch soon identifies an Italian businessman affiliated with Talon named Antonio Bartalotti as the one responsible for the Oslo attack.
