The 12 April 1931 metropolitan decisions prompted an avalanche triumph for republicans. After two days, the Second Republic was broadcasted, and King Alfonso XIII went into oust. The ruler's takeoff prompted a temporary legislature of the youthful republic under Niceto Alcalá-Zamora.
