Descripción:

The first stage (42 flats) of Otahuhu Borough's first pensioner flat complex is completed. The first tenants move in on 16 March 1964 and the complex is officially opened on 11 April 1964. The second stage, bringing the total to 145 flats, is completed on 21 March 1966.
