1 ene 1946 año - Von Neumann Designs his Machine

Descripción:

- In 1945, John Von Neumann laid out the basis of design architecture for almost all electronic computers: memory, control unit, arithmetic logic unit, input and output. As the first description of its kind, it would be very influential in computer design.

- Historically and even today, Von Neumann Architecture is influential in the design, evolution, and continued architectural setup of modern computers, which all possess these five basic components today.

- Von Neumann's design is frequently cited as the birth certificate for computer science, and for a good reason. The principles in the paper stated that data and instructions should be kept in a single store and that instructions should be encoded to be modified by other instructions. This doesn't sound like much, but without this, all the high level programming languages, such as C, FORTRAN, or Pascal, would not exist today, and much of the software developments in the last 50 years would not have happened.
